      Areas to measure

      ​

      Our items are made to the precise measurements you provide. Please use a soft measuring tape and measure with your dog in a standing position. The measurements provided will become the inner circumference of the harness straps. If you prefer a looser fit, add room on your own. For thick-coated dogs, pull the tape through and measure as close to the skin as possible.

      The diagram below is for your reference only as the build of each dog is different. You're welcome to send in photos of your dog with a measuring tape wrapped around for us to double confirm the measurements. Simply drop us a message on Instagram!

      As every item is handcrafted, a difference of +/- 1-2cm is considered acceptable.

      1 - Head girth: tightly around the largest part of the head, ears included (slide tape in and out of the head to make sure that the measurement allows the strap to slip in and out of the head 

      2 - Base of neck: where the neck strap will sit and it should be equal or larger than the head girth*

      3 - Chest: right behind the front legs

      4 - Back strap: between the connecting points of 2 & 3, widths of straps excluded

      5 - Underbelly strap: between the connecting points of 2 & 3, widths of straps excluded

      *if the measurement of base of neck is smaller than the head girth, the neck strap will be made according to the head girth
